📍 Notes to know - Car Camping
- Included one car parking lot, the car can be parked next to the tent.
- Please well prepare your own camping equipment.
- Each tent (including fly sheet if applicable) is limited to no more than 500 ft. area
- For each car camping area, you could set up one tent and serve no more than 6 campers (Charge applies on extra 2 people), all camping equipment occupies no more than 500 ft.
- You may use gas stove for cooking outside your tent, Charcoal fire or firewood is strictly prohibited.
- The tent setting point is instructed by the staff at the campsite.

⚠️ Bad Weather ArrangementA）If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1 is hoisted, there will be no change of any arrangement.
B) If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or above, or a Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, the reservation will be canceled immediately and can be changed to another date within three months.
(The campsite will confirm the new booking date according to the reservation on that day)
C) Reasons other than Bad Weather or Close of the campsite, no refund will be made.

Terms & Conditions
*All tents are limited to four people only and kept 1.5 meters away from other tents due to the requirement of the gathering restriction.
*If the government updates the social distancing measures, we will adjust the relevant rules and regulations accordingly, please refer to the latest update on Hei Hei Savanna.com
Campsite Rules:
- Campers are not allowed to bring outsiders and visitors are allowed to stay in the camp only with the permission of camp staff
- No noise or harassment is allowed in the camp (Our staff has the right to invite the offenders to leave the camp immediately without any compensation or refund)
- There are toilets and wash basins with running water
- Everyone should behave themselves and keep clean
- Campers should bring their own personal cleaning and sanitation products.
- Trash must be taken away (must be disposed of at the designated collection point)
- Please bring your own camping supplies
- Each camping tent (including canopy, if applicable) can be used outside the designated area
- Each camping area shall only set up 1 with no more than six campers per tent (two additional campers will be charged), all camping equipment should occupy no more than 500 square feet of space
- Camp start location will be indicated by camp staff on site
Facilities and Equipment:
- Campers are required to pay for any loss or damage to the facilities and equipment used
- Campers must keep the campsite clean and must not cut down or pick trees or flowers
- Furniture/equipment in the camp house and activity rooms must not be moved without permission
- Do not hang flags, put up posters or use the campsite power without permission
- You are not allowed to hang facilities or take drinkable water for activities/games without permission
- Please take care of public property, especially camp water and art installations, and pay for any damage.
- You may bring your own stove for cooking (do not damage the ground)
Pet Rules:
- Owners are responsible for keeping the campsite clean and keeping their pets quiet and on a leash while at camp
- Pets must be kept on a leash and muzzled at all times while at camp. Owners are responsible for keeping their pets quiet. If pets continue to make noise, harass or attack campers or camp staff, or exhibit aggressive behavior, service providers must ask them to leave immediately.
- The owner is solely responsible for the behavior and safety of the pet and the campground service provider assumes no responsibility. If the pet causes any damage, vandalism or defecation, the campground service provider may claim damages from the customer and the owner will be responsible for subsequent repair and restoration costs.
Transportation:
- Campers' vehicles are not allowed to enter/park within the campsite without permission
- Self-drive campers are only allowed to park in the parking lot by reservation and must walk a few minutes from the reception desk to the camp site
Injuries and accidents:
- In case of any accident, please notify the camp staff or security guard for assistance.
- The camp is equipped with simple first aid supplies, campers can ask the camp staff if necessary.
- We have taken all safety measures to ensure the safety of campers. However, in case of any accident, the organization is solely responsible for it.
Other Rules:
- Campers must arrive and leave the camp at the designated time. If you are late or leave earlier, you must notify the camp staff in advance
- Only booking service is accepted for admission (100% payment is made)
- In the campsite, campers must be self-disciplined, clothes and shoes must be neat, and must not be naked.
- Do not enter the office area, storage room and kitchen without authorization.
- Smoking, gambling, drunkenness or any behavior that violates the laws of Hong Kong is strictly prohibited in the camp
- If campers violate the camp’s rules or other illegal or deviant behaviors are found, we have the right to terminate their camp period at any time, and the fees will not be refunded
- Campers must take care of their personal belongings, and if they are lost, the applicant organization will be responsible for it
- In the event of an accident or typhoon during the camp, we have the absolute right to decide on all matters to be handled, and no objection is allowed
- If there is an emergency, you can contact the camp staff
- The final decision on the specific requirements of the camping space shall be arranged and provided by the service provider and shall not be subject to dispute
*Campsite Disclaimer:
Anyone entering the campsite should be aware that they need to take care of their own personal belongings and assume responsibility for their safety. Anyone should assess their own physical condition and take care of the risk of liability of fellow campers.
Cancellation Policy
Change of Booking
7 days before the selected experience date：
- Charge a rescheduling fee of $300 (per order)
(Guests are not allowed to choose another glamping tent /camping area when changing their reservation)
Less than 7 days from the selected experience date：
- Booking date cannot be changed
Cancel Booking
- 50% refund for cancellation at least 7 working days before the selected experience date
(Including booking fees and additional service charges) - No refund for cancellation within 0-6 days of the selected experience date

If the customer meets the above conditions and determines that it is necessary to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Hei Hei Savanna in writing by email / WhatsApp during office hours on the specified date for arrangement. When the customer is approved to change or cancel, all changes will be subject to email, and those with overdue notice will be deemed to leave as scheduled.
Hei Hei Savanna and Hei Hei Savanna reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
Bad Weather Arrangement
1）If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or yellow rainstorm signal is sent on the day of entering the camp, the entering arrangement of relevant camps will be carried out as usual.
2）If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, red rain and black rainstorm warning are issued on the day of entering the camp, all activities will be canceled. Customers can arrange to change to another date of equal value within 90 days or arrange a refund (50% of the rent will be deducted as the handling fee), but they must reply to the changed check-in date within 7 days.
Hei Hei Savanna and Hei Hei Savanna reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
